I agree to participate in all projects and productions undertaken by the National Institute of Construction Skills (NICS), as outlined below. I hereby authorize NICS and/or its agents to make full use of my:

• Photographs
• Voice
• Original materials
• Freelance skills

This authorisation includes creating productions in any audio and/or video medium for NICS purposes. These projects and productions may involve participation in competitions, appearances on local radio or television, features in newspapers, and inclusion in digital presentations or portfolios.

I acknowledge that:

1. NICS is not obligated to use the materials listed in this Consent Form in the final project or any subsequent projects.
2. I am not entitled to any remuneration, residuals, royalties, or other payments from NICS for my involvement in the project or the use of any materials produced with my assistance.
3. I have no claim to copyright over any part of the material created, and copyright shall vest solely with NICS.

I agree that the material may be used in all formats and media, as representations, reproductions, or adaptations—either in whole or in part, independently or alongside wording or drawings—for any purpose, including NICS advertising and commercial purposes, without requiring additional consent or approval from me.
