This unit of competency specifies the skills and knowledge required to identify, inspect and test the operation of fire and smoke doors installed at client premises. Service activities are conducted in compliance with requirements of the relevant Australian Standards and National Construction Code (NCC).

  • Students must be at least 15 years of age to enrol

DURATION

1 day - Practical Assessments

Students will have up to three months to complete the theory assessments. Eligible students funded under the CSQ Short Courses Program must have all assessment completed and submitted by the 30th of September.
